10yr amazon usa seller -
We were suspended in usa for restricted product violation.
Also - We have taken this measure because you have listed items that are not permitted for sale on Amazon in a manner to avoid detection. Items sold on Amazon must adhere to all applicable laws.
We are unsure what we have done in this manner.
Product was fda approved + manufactured by a large company, AND being sold by Amz themselves.
We worked with amz 30+ cases to correct images, listing text, improve listing content…
…eventually they told us it was missing a detail on its packaging - making it non-compliant for usa. (obvs we didn’t know this).
We were still working with Amz legal to produce new packaging, when they abruptly suspended the Seller Account for Sec 3.
We stopped selling this product 3 months prior.
1st suspension notice alleged We had been covert + funds would not be released.
I’ve been trying to fight this since Sept 11th, then last week they suspended my Uk account due to it being linked to my USA account.
Canada is also suspended from the USA.
I’ve done a lot of PoA also emailed Jeff, Andy, Dave @ Amazon but all ignored.
I’ve also said sorry and admitted we shouldn’t have done these things.
Amazon are saying there is no appeal just prove you don’t do this…
