I think if you remove it from your inventory instead of uploading any documents there, this problem will also disappear. This is the easiest solution.
Go the the listing, select edit- remove the offending trademark and then push submit.
I see you’re trying to sell Medik8, but it looks like the brand itself is already selling on Amazon. It might be best to close and delete your listing and avoid selling this brand in the future.
