My account went under review on October 5th, and Amazon requested supply chain verification. After completing the virtual interview, they asked me to send additional documents to their email, which I submitted immediately after the interview.
I didn’t receive any response. When I called Account Health Support, they asked me to resubmit. After resubmitting, Amazon replied saying they received my email but not the documents. I sent the documents again, but they said they couldn’t open or access the files because they were in HTML format.
I ensured the documents were in PDF format, and before submitting, I tested them by sending the same files to five of my friends. All of them were able to open and access the documents in PDF format without any issues.
I don’t understand why Amazon keeps saying they can’t open the files or why they claim the documents are in HTML format instead of PDF. It has been over two months now, and I’ve made five submissions, but I’m still stuck in this situation. I even asked if I could send the documents through another email or via Seller Central, but they said the only way is to send them to the specified email.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue, or does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve this?
