Stylevana invoices not accepted by Amazon

I submitted invoice bank statement and order confirmation. I had spoke with seller support on the phone was told they couldnt contact supplier so i had given stylevanas support email saying the only way to contact is through email. Again today i got rejected i called again “they couldnt contact supplier” they want a phone number which i cant get from stylevana what do i do ?

Unfortunately, if Stylevana is unwilling to engage with Amazon, then it is not a good supplier.

However, that doesn’t mean that your goods are inauthentic. Is your account deactivated on European Amazon platform?

If yes, you should have access to mediation or easy litigation in Luxembourg. I could help you with that.
