I had that happen once… I had to keep calling the Seller Support to get someone to look at my stranded inventory and the listing to see what wasn’t matching up. I had one field marked incorrectly and that is why they thought it was stranded. Once I fixed that, they were able to match up my stranded inventory with the correct ASIN. The problem is, not all help people are created equal. You have to keep trying until you get one who actually knows what they are doing.
