I saw a shop can sponsored a product fix on the top of right 4 sponsored positions all the time, but my sponsored position is always changing: left, right…, any one know how they make it happen?
Yes, you would need to update your card for the advertising side of your account if the current card registered isn’t active any more.
Once you do this please manually click on the Retry button for advertising and the system will retry the payment. Your advertising should be back up and running again once it goes through, which can take a couple of hours.
