Yes, what I need is to separate the listing with variations into standalone ASINs.

You might Request a detail page split, but it’s not exactly what you are looking for,
In any event, you can submit your request using the Split product detail pages self –service tool. If this doesn’t work, you might be instructed to use a different option.
The other choice is to remove the variations, and create additional pages.

If this is an FBA listing and the inventory is already at an Amazon warehouse, you can’t change your product from one ASIN to another.
If it is a lot of stock, you can recall the product then create new listings and resend them in under the new listings. Of course, recalling your product isn’t free, so it must make sense profit wise to go this direction.
If this is FBM, or FBA and you haven’t sent the products in, then just make new listings. You can leave the one that is existing now alone, or just delete it.
