Hi all,

I’m trying to use Amazon’s shipment services from the US to the UK. This keeps happening to me - I create the shipment, input everything. The shipment is ready to go and it asks me to upload the commercial invoice and packing list. I upload both and they are accepted. Finally I click on confirm and after a minute of processing I get the message “something went wrong. Please try again later.”

You can see exactly the order flow and message from the screenshot below. Does anyone know how to fix this?

What format is your invoice, is it hand written or digital?

It appears to have been a technical glitch. I cleared my cache and cookies, and all is sorted now. Thank you
