Some of my stores are deactivated due to identity verification issues

For reactivation, I submitted my LLC, passport, EIN, and virtual bank statement. However, they didn’t reactivate my account, stating that the Seller Central address should match the address on my LLC documents.

I changed the Seller Central address to my virtual address, but the verification failed. Now, I cannot change the address back to my previous residential address.

Can anyone tell me what I should do?
