I sent an inventory shipment to Amazon, but now there are discrepancies showing up. I didn’t open a case, yet Amazon responded with “Investigation completed: shipment contents counted and confirmed.”
However, I don’t see any option to select “action required.” This has happened to me several times.
What should I do?
The only way is to raise a case manually, saying that you disagree with the outcome. Then escalate it if no joy from Seller Support. Then take them to court if you want.

I would recommend to check all the tracking numbers before opening a manual case to ensure supplier/warehouse send all the boxes and were delivered to Amazon.

Open a case with Amazon, attach invoices and proof of delivery. This approach usually works well in resolving it.
