Should we create a new account, or continue with the current ones since they are 5–6 years old?

Hi everyone, I hope you’re doing well!

I need your help. We had four accounts, and two of them were suspended due to a Section 3 violation, while the other two remain active. If I can’t pass Section 3 verification on one of the suspended accounts because Amazon is asking for an invoice for a product we haven’t sold in over a year, do you think our other two accounts are also at risk of deactivation?

All four accounts are linked under the same license, and we are currently doing wholesale on the active ones. What would you suggest?

Thank you!

All accounts will be suspended. Get your funds and inventory out of FBA now.

Yes all 4 are at risk.

Yes, all four accounts will be at risk as long as they’re linked. Do your best to pass Section 3, no matter what.

Since your accounts are linked under the same license, there’s a risk that the suspension of two accounts could impact the others, especially if Amazon detects shared compliance issues. To protect your active accounts, focus on resolving the Section 3 violation by providing any available documentation or explaining the situation to Seller Support. Avoid creating a new account, as it could raise red flags. Instead, maintain your older accounts, ensure compliance, and consider consulting an Amazon suspension expert if needed. Prioritize transparency and proactive communication with Amazon.

I’m able to provide you my services according to my 2 year’s experience.
