Amazon deactivated my account a few days ago (Section 3) due to a product I sold a year ago. I submitted all the required information on October 19th but still haven’t received their decision. On the 21st, I received an email saying, ‘We are still reviewing your account.’ Now, when I click on ‘Reactivate your account,’ I see the message, ‘We completed our evaluation of your submission. We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time,’ but I haven’t received an email from them.
Could you please post the suspension notice to know the root cause of the issue clearly?
