Sell it on ebay.
True, unless you are experienced and have a good track record, you may be asked for invoices.
I wouldn’t list it without documentation, because if Amazon asks for supply chain proof after a complaint or random audit, a “gift” won’t satisfy their requirement for a dated invoice from a verifiable supplier and you risk an authenticity violation or even a Section 3 suspension.
Ask the supplier to convert the gift into a proper invoice (even for a nominal amount) that shows your legal business name and address, the exact product identifiers, quantity, and their full contact details, or have them issue a pro forma/commercial invoice plus a letter on company letterhead authorizing you to resell.
If they won’t do that, buy a small paid batch of the same SKU to obtain a compliant invoice within 365 days before listing. If this is your own private label, you still need clear paperwork tying you to production or authorized distribution, and if it’s not, avoid listing new condition items without an invoice, because even one complaint can jeopardize the whole account.
You can create an invoice, which means you will need to pay the full tax amount for this product.
