If you ever want to sell the product elsewhere and/or take advantage of FBA’s Multi-Channel Fulfillment option, you would want use the UPC/EAN label.
Plus, it is possible that Amazon barcode’s might change in the future.

If it’s your own private label, you can print the ASIN code or the FNSKU (they are the same by the way).
