Shipment stuck in a carrier warehouse

Hi! I’m a new FBA seller and last Monday I sent a shipment to Amazon, I personally delivered it to the UPS location but it’s been 10 days and the shipment looks like it’s stuck in one of the carrier’s location and hasnt left the State since the 17th. What should I do?

Call UPS. Wonder if it may be could be an issue that UPS was about to go on strike until they worked out their agreement yesterday.
