Shipment still not in transit after dispatch

Hello,

I’m writing to ask for help with an issue I’m currently facing. I created a shipment on the 20th of August, and a day later, I dropped off my packages at the carrier facility. However, when I check my shipments in Seller Central, the status still shows as “Shipment Created” and “Shipped,” but it hasn’t moved to “In Transit,” even after 7 days.

I opened a case with Amazon, and they informed me that the carrier facility has not received my packages yet. However, I have the receipt provided by UPS. When I try to track the shipment myself using the shipment ID on the official UPS website, it says there is no shipment available under this ID.

If anyone has faced this issue before, could you please guide me on what my next steps should be?

I have faced delays in my shipments, especially when its during bank holidays etc. Keep an eye out on the status with UPS and on sc. UPS are really helpful on the phone.
