Shipment missing

I have sent a product to Amazon warehouse with 4 variation (Total 26carton). Some of My shipment has arrived at warehouse and there is a discrepancy. I have a done a case log for the missing shipment ID,
-Submitted an invoice
-Gave the carier name(DPD) and tracking details.

But still they are asking for proof of delivery, how to give proof of delivery?
Each carton tracking details? My freight fiwarder gave me 26tracking id but I dont know which tracking number is for which variation of product.
Did anyone face such problem? How did you solve it?:question:

  1. What is the discrepancy?
  2. How many cartons are missing?
  3. Is it possible that the rest of your shipment is still in route?
  4. What does DPD have to say about it?
  5. Did you provide the Shipping and Box labels?
  6. How long ago did this happen?

The Box Content information should help determine which variations are missing. Yes/no?
