I go to “Add products” and I keep getting this message. Is it just my account or is Amazon having issues. It’s been like this for the last couple of days

I would also try clearing your browser cache or logging in from a different device and see if you get the same results.

I am getting this once in every few days. As @skeeter says, simply refresh the browser or try again later. No need to contact Seller Support.
