For those who run prep centers, or are close with those that do: How many attempts did it take you to get Service Provider Portal approval? If you were approved, have you since (possibly recently) lost portal access/access to all your clients?
I do not own a PC, so I am not privy to PC news, but I am close with the owner of my PC, and they have been having nonstop issues w/ this process. They are close to giving up and just utilizing existing workarounds (e.g. Veeqo/IL), so I’m trying to gauge how widespread these problems are to help them determine if they want to keep trying or not.
I am aware this process mirrors ungating headaches in the sense that you have to just keep resubmitting and resubmitting.
Simply trying to help them determine if they would like to continue doing so.
