Selling restricted brands

Is there any way to check brands that are restricted for selling without having an Amazon seller account?
For example I found a profitable product branded by Wisdomwell
I checked on gov uk trademark registry and can see that this brand has been registered and on the Amazon listing the only seller is FBA wisdom technology
But I see no real reason why I couldn’t also buy this product and sell it in my Amazon seller account?
I’ve provided a link to the product in case it helps.

Hello @Pixel,

please note that the restrictions (gatings) are account-specific, this is why you need to attempt to list the products through your selling account. However, even if you manage to sell a specific product or a brand for a long period of time, Amazon can gate you anytime, without any option to appeal.

If you are asking about Intellectual Property Rights Infringement Complaints, these are submitted by brands with an Amazon Brand Registry account.

You can’t tell if a brand is attracting complaints, but you can search for posts and reports from others found on the internet, where they are mentioning their receipt of such complaints.

There are tools such as SellerAmp, which display when there are sudden drops in seller count on listings, which indicate Intellectual Property Rights Infringement Complaints.

I hope this helps. Please feel free to post here whenever you need help.
