Selling on lower price

I have listed some products where I noticed some sellers are selling on prices lower than Amazon fees, how they manage it? Are the sell on loss ? Or what

There are plenty of idiots around who may not realise what the selling costs are. But also, they may be trying to make some quick sales so that their metrics can improve.

They could be hit with a “potential pricing error”, meaning they are unable to raise their price and are forced to liquidate their inventory at a loss.

It is quite common for sellers to liquidate inventory to avoid storage fees. You will often see liquidation sales in b&m stores as well.

Some sellers pricing below Amazon fees might be selling at a loss intentionally to clear inventory, manipulate the market, or boost sales rank. Others may have access to products at significantly lower costs through liquidation deals, exclusive supplier agreements, or direct manufacturer sourcing. In some cases, they could also be using rebates, cash-back programs, or external incentives that allow them to appear unprofitable on Amazon while making money elsewhere. It’s also possible they are dropshipping from sources with lower costs or have miscalculated their fees.

Thanks for sharing your opinion, I observe some sellers are selling on lower price than Amazon FBA fee, that’s so strange for me.
