You need certifications to sell skincare products on Amazon and most likely Amazon’s approval to list in beauty category. Check if it’s required.
Trademark is necessary for Amazon Brand Registry. But @masud530 is absolutely right. first, you should check the market and then you should take the next step. If you think your brand has a good appearance already, then yes trademark and start selling.
