SellerAmp SAS question

The sales are on unknown. Is it unknown or are there automatically no sales?

Maybe @TarrantToolbox will be able to advise with this one.

We are noticing this more on some products lately. Usually the case with no sales data is there is no sales history to go off of. But sometimes it’s something else like the listing is suppressed, or an orphaned listing. Usually orphaned listings won’t have a rank or at least they’ll have a really high one.

In this case though, I believe it is a back end issue with amazons website. We’ve inquired about this and that’s the reason they give. Not all of the data is being updated due to bugs in the system is the basic gist of their excuse.

So if there is a product like this I suggest checking the full history of the product and if there are a ton of reviews like this one, assume it sells a lot.

You can also look at similar products in the category and look at their reviews. A lot of times similar listings will reflect similar sales if data points match, such as a lot of good reviews like this.

It must be the case, since many popular products I found are showing no stats whatsoever on Seller Amp SAS, and I know for sure that they are selling.

Exactly. Maybe Amazon is gating that info. So if that’s the case we should start to assume that a lot of reviews we’ll try it out, then if it works, run with it. Of course this is harder to achieve in a WS/PL model with moq to deal with.
