Seller Support unavailable

Hello everyone,

I’ve been trying to call Amazon for the past three days, but every time I try, it says their support is currently unavailable. Am I the only one experiencing this issue, or have others encountered the same problem?

It says: Support currently unavailable No support agents are available right now. Please try again later.

If it’s just me, does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

Try contacting them at a different time of the day.

If you’re having trouble reaching Amazon’s support by phone, it could be due to high call volumes or temporary technical issues. Consider trying again during off-peak hours or using alternative support channels like email or live chat.

It is a glitch, it happened to me and others too. It will get back to normal in few days, just try to request a call everyday.

Try emailing them and then call with the case reference, phone call could be a glitch but this works most of the time.

No, I haven’t. But my main concern is whether I’m the only one experiencing this issue?

It happened to me and I had the same issue before, I just use emails since then. However, Amazon customer services will say they care a lot about you, they will pass it on to another associate. Then you will get an email with some generic nonsense back.

I choose the email first.
