Seller Fulfilled Prime buy shipping issues

I’m experiencing an issue with Seller Fulfilled Prime buy shipping options on Amazon UK. Currently, Evri Standard – Drop Off is the only option available for my SFP orders, negatively impacting my on-time delivery rates. I prefer using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm which is working great for my non-Prime orders but it’s not available for SFP due to “no tracking” issues. I don’t have any business accounts with shipping carriers and rely solely on Amazon’s Buy Shipping.

Despite reaching out to Amazon, I’ve yet to receive a clear response. Has anyone encountered this? How did you resolve it? Are there specific tracking settings I’m missing that could enable better shipping services for SFP orders?

I don’t do SPF, but from what you’re saying and if I understand correctly, when you buy shipping through Amazon, you only have Evri as an option? If that’s the case, you need to go into your shipping settings, edit your shipping template, and add more couriers from there.

You need to be signed up to a SFP carrier. You can either open a Royal Mail business account and make sure to tell them you want to do SFP. Or you can open a DPD Prime account through amazon seller central, DPD must be opened through amazon, you cannot use your normal DPD account with SFP.

Thanks for the helpful advice. Do you know why Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 p.m. is unavailable in SFP?
