So I am sending a customer order directly from my studio and when I generate the label via SC (Seller Central) it comes out half of the size of the label standard label zebra 4x6 label size. (horizontally so only covers half the size of the label )
I am using my Zebra printer. I am sending something small which fits a normal small standard RM size.
The envelope mesuraments I am usging are : 23x16x0.5cm
PS: if I do put anything higher than 0.5cm high ( on envelope size) it generates a big normal label that covers the entire label area but this is because it assumes it is a Large letter, therefore, I will pay nearly double to send something can go on a stander letter envelope… (£1.25 for a large letter instead of the 0.75p for a small normal letter.

Does anyone have an “envelope measurement” to input on Seller Central that would give me a full label print but still give me the option to select standard price postage instead of LL? or is there anywhere on the printer settings that I could change this?
