Seller account deactivated because Amazon couldn’t verify the supplier

Hello

Our account has been suspended owing to Amazon not recognising the supplier’s invoices so have marked products as inauthentic and have now deactivated our account

We have written a Plan Of Action to explain what went wrong, why, and how we intend to rectify it; but we don’t know where where send It.

Where is the Plan Of Action sent to?

Amazon won’t provide an email address.

We have already been advised to upload as a PDF Word document as a response within the violation, but that keeps getting rejected as “not enough information”, as if it is being read as an invoice.

We want Amazon to read our Plan Of Action but we can’t find anywhere to send it where it is actually being read.

Help

Might clarify exactly what format, pdf and word are not the same. Since you are getting rejected put a copy on usb drive and open it on a different machine to make sure it was properly encoded. If the doc format is fine you might have an issue with the invoice. Always use a flat bed scanner so you will have a readable doc, if you have creases in the paper a photo taken of it will not read very well.

If your document is getting rejected as “not enough information,” make sure your Plan of Action is comprehensive and includes details on how you will address the supplier verification issue. Be clear and specific about the steps you plan to take to prevent similar issues in the future.
