You can now select specific regions for dispatching your heavy and bulky items with our updated shipping templates. These updated templates allow you to customise your delivery regions so customers will only see your offers in the regions you select.
While we recommend nationwide delivery to help increase sales, we understand that heavy and bulky items can be challenging to deliver long distances.
To use the new feature, you must complete the access request form on the help page Heavy and Bulky Shipping Template .
Once you receive your access confirmation via email, take the following steps:
Go to Delivery settings .
Open your heavy and bulky shipping template and select your preferred delivery regions.
Click Save.
