Section 3 of the Business Solutions Agreement

No matter how many health points you have, they can still directly close your store without discussing it with you.

In the USA (I am not sure if it also applies in Europe), there is a thing called Account Health Assurance. It means that if you have Account Health Rating (the score) above 250 points, then you should get priority support and not get suspended in case of any issues but have someone work with you on addressing the issue.

Account Health Assurance

Account Health Assurance is a new benefit for professional selling partners who consistently achieve a high Account Health Rating (AHR). With Account Health Assurance, we won’t deactivate your selling account as long as you work with us to resolve any issues.

See our help article for frequently asked questions about AHA.

To be enrolled, you must meet the following criteria::

Provide a valid emergency contact number

When you encounter an issue that would typically result in account deactivation, an account health specialist will proactively reach out to work with you. If you do not respond within 72 hours, you may lose access to Account Health Assurance and your account may be deactivated, so it’s critical that your emergency contact number is accurate and up to date.

Maintain an AHR of 250+ for 6 months

To join Account Health Assurance, you must maintain an AHR of 250+ for six months, with no more than 10 days below 250. This shows us that you work quickly to fix policy violations.

Thanks for the explanation.

I just didn’t understand why 1000 points was called a fraud.

I have just received an email that I again need to complete supply chain verification. I don’t know why I need to do it again

Personally, I don’t think it’s legally acceptable for Amazon to request you to provide your supplier supplier’s invoices. This would be challengeable in court.

Yes I agree. But I don’t have a lot of choice. I still have 1000s of items in reserved status which I think is linked to this supply chain verification. I am hoping I can pass the interview as I did before as my suppliers have not changed. Then these items will become sellable I am hoping as it is over £100k of items reserved

It is not normal for sellers to receive repeated requests for supply chain documentation.

You are either receiving customer complaints or selling risky items. What are some of the brands which you are selling? Is everything from wholesale business model?

Hello,

If your account is deactivated, then you need these documents:

  • ID Proof ( One you submitted when you created your account)

  • Order Confirmations, Invoices( Highlight supplier information- Phone number is mandatory for them to verify- if it is from US/CA/ UK- basically English speaking countries, it will be plus, highlight quantity, order date, your information- address should match seller central, write ASIN with pen next to product for them to understand better)

  • Tracking Information- UPS/ Fedex/ USPS/ any other, Bill of lading if available- Make sure it matches the quantity in invoice

  • MOST IMPORTANT- Supply Chain- Always make sure if you buy from distributors/ Wholesalers, supply chain should go back to brand. Smaller the chain, it is easier to prove supply chain. ASK brand if they are their authorized distributors( Attach that screenshot in appeal).

  • Bank STATEMENT- Highlight the charge, your information on bank statement

  • Business reports to confirm number of orders received. It should match the quantity that you sent

  • LOA from brand if available. If not prove supply chain.

Take notes in every call you make to AHR and repeatedly ask what’s missing? Ask them to check every documents you send.

If nothing works, contact an attorney.
