Search Term Report is empty

Hello. I have an issue about Search Term Report. After chosing the period I click Create, but the excel file is empty, just the column headlines.

What am I doing wrong?

Did you have any clicks? Otherwise there will be no keywords.

In a similar situation, however my auto campaign has not produced any sales. Ran my campaign for one week in order to gather manual campaign keywords. Ran a “Search Terms” report which appears to be empty. Auto Campaign Stats Spend: £38.34 Impressions: 30,312 Clicks: 34 CPC: £1.13 CTR: 0.11% Sales: 0 Orders: 0

We had the same experience when we launched a new product. You will no see results for impressions that did not result in a click. We did a manual campaign and got no traction. We then tried an auto campaign and gradually as the algorithm learnt we started getting clicks and hence results on our report. You need to be patient and let the algorithm do it’s thing and then hope your product, ad etc is compelling enough that some of those clicks turn into sales. It then become as self perpetuating cycle. Impressions = clicks = sales = more impressions etc

Thank you Kika. Is there any way to know what searches Amazon is showing your ads in response to when people have not yet clicked on them? It seems like that would be a useful thing to know.
