Sales rank

Hi everyone,

I hope you are all well. I have a question in regards to sales ranking. At the end of last year, my company managed to achieve a really good sales rank with our ‘flagship’ product, between 500-800 within the sports and outdoor category, which I was really happy about. How do you then maintain a sales rank like this as since, it has gone up to the several thousands which we expect every year. I have been looking at the sales rank of competitors and they manage to somehow maintain their sales rank throughout the entire year but I am not sure how?

Running PPC atm but I can’t find much more that will improve it?

Are your competitor prices much lower than yours? Are they running any deals? Is your PPC doing well?

I don’t think it is possible to maintain a sales rank on identical levels. There will always be new competing products joining.

What you can do is watch the competition and adjust accordingly. As @VidsFromAphone says, ensure that you have the lowest price for the same product.
