Sales from organic listings or from clicks on sponsored ads?

Can anybody tell me is there a way of finding out what percentage of my sales resulted from clicks on my organic listing rather than from my sponsored ad?

The advertising reports can tell you how many clicks have been generated and how many have converted into a sale.

If you compare your sales for that period (All orders - Ad report sales), you will be able to work out how many sales have come organically.

Request a report from this page, it gives you the breakdown per ASIN:

Filter out the sales and compare it with an order report:
