Does any of you got an Authenticity claim from Ryze superfood mushroom coffee?
It’ been 2 months that my account got deactivated and Amazon is asking for the brand to cooperate with me. But there are no givin any letter.
Any advice? Please!!
thank you for joining the forum. I am sorry to hear that your Seller Account has been deactivated due to authenticity issues. Regardless of the brand name, if they are asking for invoices or Letter of Authorization, if you don’t have these, then the only appeal route is by admitting that you don’t have proper sourcing chain.

The main problem is that the listing is missbranded and I didn’t realize of it since I never did OA, I was just selling PL from 2022.

Brand: XPRESS ECOMMERCE
The actual brand is RYZE, but too late now that I cannot reactivate this and it’s almost 3 months now.
I have proven the legitimacy of my units, including tracking #, my prep center contract, inventory ledger, a POA, credit card statements, but since the listing was set as missbranded I personally think now that it doesnt matter wether the origin of the product were the actual brand or somewhere else.
I did not create or contribute in the ASIN, my bad. But I have proven everything and now I received a LOA and it was not taken either!!!. Anyone could make it through?
Unfortunately, this is a classic case of “computer says no”.
It doesn’t matter if the correct brand is Ryze. You listed on a listing which states that the brand is XPRESS ECOMMERCE. The only way to overcome the problem is to prove that your product is brand “XPRESS ECOMMERCE”. Clearly you can’t.
Maybe you can report the original listing but reality is that Amazon will do nothing about it.
I have no advice what you can do to get reinstated. Sorry.
Hi Kika, no. Te listing was deleted since it was totally wrong. Late I realized.
They don’t provide invoices with the absolute information Amazon is asking, it’s missing like a phone number and some other detail…
If your account is still deactivated, then you need these documents:
ID Proof ( One you submitted when you created your account)
Order Confirmations, Invoices( Highlight supplier information- Phone number is mandatory for them to verify- if it is from US/CA/ UK- basically English speaking countries, it will be plus, highlight quantity, order date, your information- address should match seller central, write ASIN with pen next to product for them to understand better)
Tracking Information- UPS/ Fedex/ USPS/ any other, Bill of lading if available- Make sure it matches the quantity in invoice
MOST IMPORTANT- Supply Chain- Always make sure if you buy from distributors/ Wholesalers, supply chain should go back to brand. Smaller the chain, it is easier to prove supply chain. ASK brand if they are their authorized distributors( Attach that screenshot in appeal).
Bank STATEMENT- Highlight the charge, your information on bank statement
Business reports to confirm number of orders received. It should match the quantity that you sent
LOA from brand if available. If not prove supply chain.
Take notes in every call you make to AHR and repeatedly ask what’s missing? Ask them to check every documents you send.

I provided everythinbg, but I have receipts with no phone # on it.
I am now with a lawyer Kenneth Eade, but after a couple of POAs I got from them I’, feeling like maybe they are not the lawyers they say they are. From: www.amazonsellers.attorney
Anyway, after months of deactivation, inventory destroyed plus inventory in my preps center which I still pay for their monthly storage, I run out of money and broke.
Any other advice, will be always a blessing.
