I need some help. I forgot to skip my recurring Amazon order, and now I have received products I don’t need. The items are marked as non-returnable due to health protection or hygiene reasons, but the policy states that products can be returned if they are sealed and untouched.
I can confirm that all the items are still sealed and in original condition, but Amazon customer service is not entertaining my request for a return.
Has anyone faced a similar situation or know how I can resolve this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Try to sell it if there is no option to return it, at least you can recover half of the cost. Something is better than nothing. Wait for other, better advice.
If the items are sealed and meet Amazon’s return policy for hygiene or health-protected products, you should stand your ground. Try contacting Amazon through multiple channels, such as live chat, email, or phone, and emphasize that the items are unopened and comply with their return conditions. Mention the specific clause in their policy that allows returns for sealed items and ask for the case to be reviewed by a supervisor. Persistence often pays off in such cases, so don’t hesitate to follow up if the first response isn’t helpful.
