My parcel is at the post office because I put the wrong address on it.
When I went to pick it up, they said my ID address doesn’t match the return address.
What can I do now?

Not sure if this would work but could you print off a purchase receipt showing where you purchased it from supplier and show that with address along with something printed off showing your correct address where you made a account from where you purchased that item from to prove it as legit and a simple error?
