Regarding the returns. I have a product with a 30-day refund/replacement policy. But yesterday I got a return for the order placed on Dec 23, 2025. Like it’s already passed 4 months. How is it possible?
Amazon will tell you it was done out of goodwill. As for the fact that it’s at your expense — they don’t really care about that.
