Does anyone know if Amazon accepts receipts from online orders from supermarkets (Tesco, Asda, etc) in case of IP complaint, section 3? Thanks.
As long as you have all the information required by Amazon on the receipt, there’s a high chance it will be accepted since these retail stores are well-known.
Amazon typically requires official invoices from authorized suppliers to verify product authenticity in response to intellectual property (IP) complaints. Receipts from online supermarket orders, such as those from Tesco or Asda, may not meet Amazon’s criteria for acceptable documentation. To ensure compliance and effectively address IP complaints, it’s advisable to source products from authorized distributors and maintain detailed records of these transactions.
