I have several items that are currently stranded and unfulfillable due to damage, either caused by Amazon or by customers. When I check the status, some are listed as warehouse damaged, while others are marked as customer damaged. Amazon has requested that I create a removal order for these items, but I’m unsure who will be responsible for covering the damages if I proceed.
Will it be my responsibility, or will Amazon handle it? I’d really appreciate any advice you can offer.
Hey man, Our agency based from Gothenburg can help you file reimbursement claims for warehouse damaged units we’ll perform a free audit to your account to see what other areas we can get you reimbursed.
If you proceed with the removal orders, Amazon will ship the inventory back to your address. There will be no recovery at all. Furthermore, you need to open a case with Amazon for the damage caused by the buyers. It’s your right.
