I was trying to sell a brand online, but it’s gated. To get ungated, if I try to add the product via PC, it says I can’t sell it with no ‘Apply to Sell’ option. However, if I do it via phone, it says ‘Request Approval.’
What should I do? Can I sell that brand or not?
It sounds like the brand is gated, and you’ll need Amazon’s approval to sell it. If the “Request Approval” option appears on your phone, use it to apply for ungating. Amazon may ask for documentation like an invoice from a verified supplier or authorization from the brand owner. If you’re approved, you’ll be able to sell the brand.
