Replacement orders

I have asked this question number of times but not satisfied because i have got mix response.

  1. There is a new feature that amazon asks in chat that IS IT A REPLACEMENT REQUEST. And once you say YES it automatically pops up that order in your UNSHIPPED ORDERS. How do you tackle that? How do get back the product which already with the customer?

  2. How do you handle returns effectively, considering they are auto-authorized? Do additional steps need to be taken to manage this process efficiently?
