I have an Amazon FBA account that I stepped away from because of serious health issues. I submitted removal orders months ago and was told by live chat that all my inventory was gone. Now I’m getting emails saying there’s still stock and I owe around £440 in fees.
Every time I contact support through live chat or email, I just get robotic responses that don’t match what I’m asking. I’ve explained everything clearly and asked for help closing my account and clearing anything left, but nothing actually gets sorted.
I’m not coping well with the stress of this. There’s no proper human help, and I just need someone who really understands FBA to explain how to completely remove anything left, stop the fees, and close the account for good.
If anyone understands the FBA system and can tell me what to do or comment advice, please do.
I’m genuinely at my limit and just want this finished so I can have peace of mind.
