Hoping someone can help. I’ve created numerous removal orders for products that have been deemed defective. I have been waiting weeks for their return.
I have just gone on the removal order and it says ordered 3 cancelled 3…… does this mean they’ve not been shipped back to me? If so, why are they been cancelled every time?

The most common reason they are canceled is because they can’t find and/or they were never marked as defective.
You can check the disposition of all customers returns in the FBA Customer Returns report (overview).
P.S. You don’t have to submit a Removal Order for defective units. You can Remove unsellable inventory automatically. We requested they be removed every week. This way there’s no fear that some might be missed and disposed of.

Happens from time to time. For this reason, you should automate your FBA removals so you don’t need to worry about it.
