[Reminder] Service expansion and fee change for frozen food products via FBA

We will start and make the following changes to expand convenience for our customers. With these changes, we will also apply FBA Closing fee for all FBA sellers that are selling frozen food via FBA, effective November 6, 2023.

[Service expansion]

  • No handling charge fee: No charge of the 330 JPY (tax included) for frozen food as a handling charge fee to customers.
  • Customer facing Prime logo display: Shows Prime logo with detail pages and search results pages, which is the same as other FBA products.
  • Scheduled delivery service: Starts scheduled delivery service, which is the same as other FBA products.

In addition, the following services will be expanded sequentially.

  • Subscribe & Save (SnS) : Starts Subscribe & Save service, which is the same as other FBA products.

[Fee change for Frozen Food Products via FBA]

  • FBA closing fee: Effective November 6, 2023, we will apply FBA closing fee of 375 JPY per unit on top of standard FBA fulfillment fees and monthly storage fees. For more information on standard FBA fees, go to FBA fees.
