Related accounts deactivation

Hello everyone,

I am currently facing an issue with the Amazon seller registration process. I have been attempting to resolve this problem with the Amazon seller support team. Their response has been to create a new account with a new ID and email address. Unfortunately, this approach has resulted in multiple incomplete registrations and one rejection, with the reason being incomplete registrations.

I am reaching out to ask if anyone has experienced a similar situation and if they have any advice or insights to share. I’m feeling quite frustrated by this issue, and I’m uncertain about the best course of action.

thank you for joining the forum. I am sorry to hear that your Seller Account has been deactivated.

Unfortunately, when it comes to suspensions, you are not allowed to circumvent the status of your first account by applying for new accounts.

You will need to firstly address the issue with your original account and then proceed with appealing the other ones.
