so the account i am related to was suspended 2 years ago
the owner told me if I want I can fix it for him he does not use it he is not interested in fixing it
two and a half years ago they were suspended for a restricted product they sent a POA in it they stated they would hire experienced staff and follow Amazon guidelines
6 months later they were suspended for 2 items that violated amazon;s policy
do you have POA for this specific issue seems the POA also needs to acknowledge that they violated policy after they said they would not
one listing was selling a dye that was not FDA-approved for eyelashes
the other one was for violating violation restricted weapons or arms
In this case, you’ll need to submit a new Plan of Action (POA) that directly addresses both policy violations and acknowledges the mistakes made after the initial suspension. For the first issue with the non-FDA-approved dye, explain that you now fully understand Amazon’s restricted product guidelines, including the rules around FDA approvals, and have removed any non-compliant listings. For the second issue involving restricted weapons, clarify that you’ve taken steps to ensure all products comply with Amazon’s weapon restrictions and that you’ve implemented thorough vetting processes. Be transparent about the previous violations, outline corrective measures (e.g., product compliance checks and staff training), and emphasize your commitment to preventing future violations.
Why did this happen?
We reached this decision because you listed products that are not permitted for sale on Amazon.com and failed to submit evidence or documentation demonstrating that your account has not violated our “Restricted Products” policy. If you have questions about this policy, go to “Restricted Products”:
thank you for joining. So, basically, how you were linked to the other account? Normally, if the linked account isn’t yours, then you cannot talk on their behalf, since you don’t know what really happened with that account.
Also, if they were suspended once over restricted products, it’s unlikely Amazon would allow a reinstatement if they got suspended for the same issue, just a few months later.
This is because they must have promised as a part of their prior Plan of Action to carefully go through all of their current listings and remove any additional restricted products to orevent this from happening again.
I was linked via an address which was removed however amazon keeps on rejecting my POA
the other account asked me to reach out to you on their behalf on what to do, to get their account reinstated
If you are confident that the credit card was the last link, then you will need to establish that the other account was a different entity to yourself.
You will need to provide Amazon documentation demonstrating that your contract / cooperation with that party was terminated.
