Hello @kumadusay,
I am sorry to hear that your Seller Account has been deactivated due to related store issues. Everything depends on your relationship with the other linked account.
If there was your passport and identity details or even charge method or bank details on file, then this will not convince Amazon that you were just and employee and are unrelated.
I would need to get more information about the circumstances and scope of the link.
charge method deposit method drivers license address all different.
however it seems the return addresses for shipments were the same and we changed them
tyvm
The return address is unimportant. It wouldn’t trigger a link unless there is a lot more to the story. Any existing links can trigger the deactivation.
i agree thats why this is so frustrating
there is nothing more i reached out to my former
boss and he checked everything line by line
nothing was the same
unless at some point before it was and he changed it. But i dont think so as he has not sold on the account for a while
what would you do if this was happening to you
thanks for your help
If Amazon flagged your account as being related to an old employer’s account and is requesting documentation, but they continue to reject what you’ve provided, it’s essential to ensure that the documents clearly prove your separation. Make sure you’re submitting official documents like a resignation letter, termination notice, or any legal proof that shows you are no longer associated with the old employer. Double-check that there are no overlapping details between the accounts (e.g., addresses, payment methods, IP addresses, etc.). If Amazon keeps rejecting it despite this, you may want to escalate the issue through Seller Support, explaining that none of the account information overlaps, or consider contacting Amazon’s Account Health team directly for further assistance.
ty
if you read the thread we already did all that
Do you have an appeal POA for related account violation
thank you so much
I do have a Plan of Action, however this will only be effective when there is no link or you already identified the link and can dispute it effectively.
If you at any point in the past operated that other account in person, then you are seen as related to the other account and Amazon understands that you could have opened a new account to circumvent the rules.
Have you tried requesting a callback from the Account Health Team and asking them what is the link with the other account and how can you get it lifted, since you no longer work for your former boss?
I did get a call back
They guided me it seems that at one point a registered address that my former employee used; for ex 1234 st unknowingly I put down as the address for my tax information. The reason I did that was I needed a place to get my tax mail and I was not aware that he used that address as it is not his business address( his financial information for ex goes somewhere else)
they told me
it needs to be removed, my former employer removed it as he had to re-verify his account and thus used his business address that corresponds to his bank statements which is not 1234 st
That I needed to provide them with a termination letter from the company I did provide them with a letter to confirming my termination, but they did not accept it. I can provide it to you to review but only in a private message
tyvm
Are you confident that your employer removed it? Also, were you in any way working together? Because Amazon will lookup the company and they will also seek to establish your relationship with the other account owner.
Also, could you post here the rejection notice which you received after you submitted the termination letter? They will also want other details of the employment, such as when you started working for that business.
100% confident that the employer removed it. Since I left his employment I have no financial or any relationship in any way nor does he have with me. We are completely separate,
See below the email Amazon sent me I sent them all the doc they wanted even an Affidavit stating that I have no relationship with my former employer
you have been found to be related to an account beginning with B*****.
We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time.
To reactivate your account, please provide evidence that you once owned the account or had account rights but no longer own it or no longer have account rights by providing supporting documentation. This includes but is not limited to sales deed, purchase agreement, business transfer agreement, or contract termination.
I can send you the doc that I sent them but not via the forum there is personal information
Are you confident that the user permissions are also removed?
Please note that if any address was ever inserted in a seller account, it is very likely it will be also present in the buyer account.
Sellers are frequently reporting that they are unable to remove historical addresses from record at all.
no user permission,
amazon said there was a link in the address but afterward we removed it. is there a POA for that
Do you have a copy of the communication where they are saying this?
You have been found to be related to an account beginning with *****.

like I said I was an employee there and was let go my access was revoked, My former employer was kind enough to go through the information with me. There was one “link” an address, which we removed yet amazon say we are still linked and we don’t see anything we CHECKED EVERYTHING
Its probable I log in the same network many years not knowing then that was not allowed
From the notification, it seems to me that the issue isn’t the link itself anymore. They just want sufficient documentation to prove that you no longer have any commercial relationship with the previous account owner.
thats what I though, but health support said the the “Team” still sees links between accounts"
