Reimbursement claims without invoices

What do you submit for reimbursement if products were bought from iherb/ Walmart?

How do sellers normally request a reimbursement for a shipment when 0 units are received out of a 50kg 2000 unit box?

If you purchased the units through online/Wallmart app. You can take a screen of the transactions history. Details must be included: Date of purchase, product identification: Name, color, size, your info: name, address, contact details. and supplier’s info: name, address, contact details.

Invoices should contain the correct quantity, address and POD, thats it.
