Regarding the authenticity issue:

Authenticity issue:
Registered account on November 3, 2023, sold on November 15, 2024, sold under the link of xx brand, shipped through FBM (don’t know what this profession is called).

The other party is a whitelist seller, selling For Acura car steering wheel cover (the other party’s main picture did not remove the car logo) FBM sold 9 orders, deleted the link after knowing the other party’s problem, registered my own brand this year, and now sell my own products.

I registered my own brand this year and sold it through FBA. When Amazon verified the authenticity some time ago, the link given was that the other party sold AISN, but the certified brand was a car brand, not this whitelist brand, and the other party was a whitelist brand.

I sent the supplier’s contract and invoice, and the complaint was rejected. -----
Currently appealing, admitting that I cannot get the authorization of this brand, explaining that the product is not a fake, the other party applied for a car steering wheel cover, and the other party does not have the property rights of this brand: Acura steering wheel cover

I want to know if there are other ways to appeal, and what I need to do to solve this problem, because I have more than 300 products on Amazon in the first few months of this year, and I have already issued FBA inventory with my own brand. And I seem to be running out of money… Because I just graduated, this is true, and the money I invested was earned during the internship.

Hello @chen,

thank you for joining here! I have read your post repeatedly trying to understand what happened.

So, it seems like you purchased a product wholesale, which was supposed to be a generic item, however the original branding was not removed, correct?

If there are any traces of a specific major brand in a listing, then Amazon will in many cases consider it to belong to that brand. So, they will ask for invoices.

What many sellers do in cases like this is that they will create a removal order to a prep-centre and then shop the inventory to a different ASIN which they create, without any reference to the brand.

I hope this helps. Please feel free to post here whenever you need help.

This translation gives me a headache

  1. The meaning is similar. I sold it under the other party’s link, which was a whitelist link of the other party. I sold it for about ten days.
  2. The other party sold a car steering wheel cover, but did not delete the steering wheel LOGO in the picture.
  3. I discovered this problem after selling on this link for more than ten days and deleted it in time.
  4. Later, I did not continue to sell on other people’s links, registered my own brand, and sold through FBA (currently FBA products will not infringe or violate regulations) (I want to inform you that I currently have many products and they are regular, but Amazon blocked my account because of the review of the AISN)
  5. I cannot provide the brand that Amazon needs to review. How should I appeal? I explained to Amazon that the brand in the link does not belong to Acura. I discovered the image infringement problem after selling on the other party’s link for more than ten days and deleted the link. I explained that my product is not a fake or Acura product, but is only suitable for Acura.

The other party’s title is also eeosooede For Acura Steering Wheel Cover, which clearly states that its own brand product is For Acura brand. It is not the Acura brand, and it admits that the other party’s image infringement problem. It took me more than ten days to discover it.

I don’t know how to write this appeal at present, please help me.

When selling on the other party’s whitelist, FBM is used to ship and self-shipped.

Okay, so now I understand. You received an authenticity deactivation and the whole account is blocked from selling, right?

Could you post a screenshot of the Account Health page, where you are being asked to submit a Plan of Action to see, what options you have?

In many cases, you can choose to acknowledge the issue without having to write a Plan of Action.

Yes, I am ready to submit materials and write an action plan. I have submitted several times before and am preparing a new one.

Do you have the deactivation notice? Please post it here for assistance.

There is a suspension notice. I have appealed several times. Now I only need to submit the invoice supply chain information. I am no longer asked to submit the Acura brand certificate. The car logo is not deleted from the picture. So I am not asked to provide this brand. I only need to provide the brand created by this link. The brand of this link is not registered, it is a whitelist. I am currently preparing new invoices and supplier contracts, which should be submitted tomorrow. There is also a new action plan.

You can share your appeal letter here for advice.

If they are asking for the supply chain information, then this will relate to the original brand related to the listing and not your actual supplier. Are you able to provide this?

This time it’s okay, just don’t let me provide Acura ones, because I sell Acura auto parts, and I use steering wheel covers suitable for Acura

In inauthenticty cases you must have invoices from a verifiable supplier. If you don’t have invoices then these cases become really hard and time taking, but you need to draft a detail plan of action stating the root cause of the issue clearly and focusing on the facts that led to account suspension and how you will avoid such situation in future and how will your account comply with amazon policies. And try to convince amazon for a future supplier.

Yes, it will take a long time to appeal. I have made a long-term plan.

Do you have any latest communication from Amazon regarding the matter to see, what they want?

The health team knows that AISN does not belong to me, and AISN does not belong to the Acura brand. It’s just that the picture has the Acura brand logo. They didn’t tell me exactly what to submit. It’s ridiculous. There is no such thing as a fake product because it is a car steering wheel cover, just like it is compatible with Apple phone cases. They asked me to wait for the feedback on the appeal before replying to me.

In general, if this is a product which they allege belongs to a specific brand, then they will only accept two forms of appeal:

  • you providing proof of authenticity for the correct brand

  • you preparing a Plan of Action evidencing that you understand what went wrong and that you removed any similar listings from your inventory

Yes, at present, only a rebuttal can be made, because it is impossible to provide a car steering wheel cover compatible with Acura, and the link was deleted in December 2023, and no goods were sent to the Amazon warehouse. I think this appeal may last for a long time, but I will update this status.

If you have a Plan of Action acknowledging the mistake, feel free to share it for feedback.
