Refund processing delays

Has anybody recently been having problems with making refunds but not having it go through successfully for FBM?

We sent one 12 hours ago and Amazon did not let it process and then customer files a claim 12 hours later right now?

This is extremely ridiculous and amazon is not seeing a glitch

I haven’t but for now I suggest you contact your customer regarding the current situation and seek assistance from Amazon Seller Support to confirm whether or not there is an ongoing technical issue and how to fix it. This will help in worse case scenario.
