I am shipping Amazon Global Logistics China to USA, and product is subject to Section 301 Tariffs.
Need a company to act as the importer of record and manage tariffs process.

Most PL sellers who import from China use DDP to transport their goods, and DDP has almost no risk. Is your market the United States? If it is Europe, the tax will be more troublesome.
You can import goods as a company, if it’s a one-stop shipping, Amazon will take care of everything and you just have to pay the tariff.
It is recommended that you ask your shipping agent to use DDP one-stop service, they can import goods on your behalf, pay customs duties, and ship to Amazon.

Why not use a Chinese freight forwarder to handle it all.
Every time I import from China, I use a Chinese freight forwarder and use DDP. They help me handle everything about shipping and customs duties, which seems to be much easier.
Amazon is way cheaper
But taxes are not included. The forwarder’s DDP is all-inclusive price.
Yes, but DDP won’t work for us because we won’t get paperwork etc to confirm tariffs have been paid, which we want to reduce risk. But AGL is much cheaper than the quotes we also got EXW.
